Learn animation the right way: by drawing!! It is much easier, faster, & effective to animate with a pencil on paper first then it is to struggle learning a complicated software app, and still not know how to animate! Learn from the pros traditional tried-and-true principles from Disney and techniques that WORK! Then you can go on to cgi/3D animation because you'll know what you're doing!! I've taught college animation for 15 years, so I've seen students struggle, sweat, & get so frustrated with computer/cgi software without learning to draw first!! Don't stress out. Learn to draw first!
